Mandarin Speaking Senior Architect / Beijing
  • Master or equivalent degree in Architecture.
  • 2-4 years work experience at Local Design Institute or international firm.
  • Skillfull in Autocad and/or Microstation and 3D (Rhino).
  • Proficient in drawing SD, DD and CD phase packages.
  • Knowledge in the construction phase, site coordination and detailing of projects.
  • Must have project architect/ project management experience.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin.
  • Proven work experience in China.
  • Salary and conditions to be discussed during invited interview depending on ability and experience.

Mandarin speaking Senior Interior Designer / Beijing
  • Bachelor or equivalent degree in Architecture or interior design.
  • 3-6 years work experience in interior design
  • Skillfull in Autocad and/or Microstation and 3D (Rhino).
  • Proficient in drawing SD, DD and CD phase packages.
  • Experience in the construction phase, site coordination and detailing of projects.
  • Must have project management experience.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin.
  • Proven work experience in China.
  • Salary and conditions to be discussed during invited interview depending on ability and experience.

3D visualization artist / Rotterdam
  • bachelor’s degree in graphic arts, architecture or related design
  • solid understanding of all phases of production and render farms
  • creative and thoughtful, with a keen eye for aesthetics and details
  • strong skills in V-Ray (making materials, lighting, render setup) Rhino and Enscape will be highly advantageous
  • experience with the Adobe Suite (primarily Photoshop and After Effects)
  • working knowledge of CAD drawings and architectural models
  • 3D animation creation and film industry experience (advertising, short film), and/or photography is advantageous
  • strong organizational and time-management skills
