/ Carolyn Leung, Ben de Lange, Ruben Bergambagt, Junwei Loh, Wang Sijie长治的Y-loft City项目圆满成功之后，甲方委托叠术建筑继续负责相邻开发项目的公寓室内设计，并且沿用Y-loft City的概念。为了呼应塔楼的设计，叠术建筑聚焦90后的概念，将公寓设计为现代化的开敞、明亮室内空间。
由于中国规范对于住宅户型的高度十分严格，从而限制 了Loft住宅设计的可行性 。因此，叠术建筑的核心理念是通过不同的空间设计策略将结构融入设计中并使其对于空间的影响最小化，从而实充分利用较低的空间。
一层局部空间被设计为通高区域，沿着立面的客厅和餐厅拥有了充分的采光面积并体现了开阔通透的感觉。楼梯位于公寓的通高前厅使入口显得很宽敞。 客厅上方的夹层阅览空间引入了图书馆的概念以展示公寓的特色。
虽然很多书房都会别设计在封闭和狭小的独立房间里，叠术建筑在疫情期间意识到居家办公空间已经成为了很多人的常态并需要更加的舒适。
通过浅色饰面板、木材质以及曲线和新型元素，叠术建筑营造了一个平和且安静的环境，使Loft公寓更加舒适温暖。
